Experiencing a loss and reporting a claim can be a difficult process but we wish to make it as painless as possible. Superior claims service is more than carrying out a contractual responsibility. It combines the highest level of professionalism and fairness. In the event of a loss, please contact your underwriter for detailed instructions for addressing the claim.

An AMC underwriter will forward your loss notice to the appropriate carrier responsible for your coverage. Notices can be faxed to AMC at 1.501.932.3135 or sent via email to our claims email address claims@amcins.com.
